A retained agreement puts our entire resources behind an individual or all search assignments for you. This type of search receives our firm's highest priority and is the most beneficial to a company wanting to find The Right Match® most efficiently and effectively. |
Benefits of signing a Retained Agreement:
- Precise, comprehensive and thorough information on all candidates including strengths, weaknesses and background checks with references and education verified.
- Includes coordination of approved profile and compatibility testing when desired.
- Cost of recruiting can be budgeted and spread out over the course of the year.
- Our senior recruiters provide hands-on participation on these searches and personally pre-screen candidates.
There is no additional cost for this type of search agreement.
Exclusive
Through an exclusive search assignment, one of our skilled Senior Recruiting Specialists focuses their full attention on individual search assignments as they are contracted. This type of search commands more of a recruiter's attention than a contingency search, since we know we are not tracing the same steps of another source. As such, we tend to focus more intensely on those exclusive searches for our clients. |
