Job Responsibilities

Direct P&L responsibilities associated with managing a territory of 8-12 stores. All associated personnel management duties including recruiting, retention (key), coaching, mentoring and training. Establishment of best practices with regards to operations, marketing, sales generation, gross profit improvements and expense control.

Job Requisites (Education/Experience)

3+ years as a successful District Manager in C-store or other high volume small-format retail business. This position should be considered a growth opportunity for the right candidate Degree Excellent communications skills.
