Operations Management of C-stores – Report to Ownership

Job Responsibilities

Strategic and operational management of a group of COOP locations. Continuous improvement in the appearance and customer service levels. Full P&L responsibilities. Strategic and tactical accountabilities. Identification of new business opportunities within the company’s desired strategic growth areas.

Job Requisites (Education/Experience)

 Prior retail operations management experience, including the supervision of District Managers;  Demonstrated track record of effective vendor / supplier negotiations  Track record of effective P&L management for a group of stores  Prior strategic roles with regards to operations and marketing;  Demonstrable successes in increasing sales, in addition to normal cost control measures.  Multi-faceted background in petroleum and convenience marketing, category management, HR, sales, etc. highly desirable;  Degreed;  Local candidates preferred, but not required.
