Job Responsibilities

- Establish marketing direction direction - Create / improve marketing successes by understanding industry trends - Management and guidance of existing marketing team - Achieve assigned GP% improvements - Work closely with operations to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs - Consistent feedback to executive team on marketing results - Full participation and guidance with regards to remodels and NTI sites

Job Requisites (Education/Experience)

Most successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skill sets and accomplishments: - Demonstrated history of implementing Best Practices and achieving Best in Class results - Visionary with the abilities to develop and implement strategy - Complete understanding of the C-store industry - Strong C-store operations knowledge - Strong sales improvements as a result of merchandising skills - Excellent category management and strong understanding of food service - Strong presentation skills - Strategic capabilities along with the field presence to ensure successful implementation - Development of quarterly / annual sales planners - Degree a MUST - 5+ years leadership and management of marketing functions
