| Executive leadership of fuel and lubricant sales team, petroleum operations, accounting and other support personnel. |

| Job Responsibilities |
| - Reporting to the Group President/COO, this Executive will provide leadership in enhancing profitability, maximizing efficiencies, streamlining work flows, and driving strategic initiatives.
- Responsible and accountable for the planning, oversight, and ultimate execution of the company's strategy and annual operating plan.
- Analyze, assess and make recommendations regarding organization and its structure.
- Develop and implement operating standards, policies, procedures and hold employees accountable for achieving those standards, policies and procedures.
- Work with the Accounting & Finance Dept to establish accurate and timely financial reporting, systems and controls.
- Assess facilities, rolling stock, infrastructure and other systems and develop a prioritized capital budget.
- Maintain open and effective communications and relationships with all internal and external customers, including product suppliers, vendors, financial institutions, government and regulatory authorities and employees.
- Establish and implement short and long-term planning processes.
- Effective leadership and role model.
- Assure operating groups are functioning within the documented guidelines of ethics and good practices.

| - Petroleum industry sales and operations experience required.
- Degree required. MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated successes in highly challenging environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales team management, successive years of sales and profit increases
- Demonstrated success in petroleum operations efficiencies
- Exceptional ethics and highly motivating
