Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, this position will be primarily responsible for managing the financial reporting requirements of the organization, the accounting processes, audits, the organizational cash objectives, banking relationships, preparation of annual budgets and associated monthly and quarterly analysis.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of all company financial statements. - Responsible for the monthly, timely and accurate, analysis of all balance sheet accounts. - Responsible for providing analysis and support to the Operational and Marketing functions of the organization. - Responsible for seeking out efficiencies and opportunities associated with the use of expanded technologies. - Responsible for managing the preparation of the annual budget, including the control of the budget information within Back Office System and the associated variance analysis. - Responsible for assuring that the organizational internal controls and check and balances, are implemented and executed. - Responsible for the monthly review and analysis of all sales and gasoline taxes paid, as prepared by the Corporate Accounting Manager.

Job Requisites (Education/Experience)

- Degreed in Accounting or similar - CPA / CMA highly preferred - Excellent Work, Excel and PowerPoint - Demonstrated strong communications skills - C-store experience a MUST - 3-5 years in a Management role with regards to financial statement preparation
