Job Responsibilities

- Effective P&L Management / Budget Development - Management of 8-10 Site General Managers - Effective recruiting, hiring, training for operations personnel - determine food service operations training needs and utilize experience to coach appropriately - understand marketing area to relay competitive programs' information

Job Requisites (Education/Experience)

- experience in the multi-site operations of one or more food service programs to include sandwich, pizza, chicken, MTO - P&L / Budget / Personnel Management experience - Degree highly desirable
